Tiffany Prater has been part of the Garden Place Senior Living Millstadt team since 2015. She began her journey as a night caregiver and advanced into the position of Community Coordinator before becoming the Executive Director in 2026. Garden Place Millstadt has allowed Tiffany to follow her passion for caring for seniors and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for residents and families.

When not at work, Tiffany loves spending time with her husband, children, and granddaughter. Her family is active in sports and spends much of their time attending sporting events.
