Nicole Braswell

Administrator

For as long as Nicole can remember she has had a passion for helping people and a desire to be a nurse. Nicole has worked in the field of Geriatrics for over 10 years. She started as a nurse assistant, LVN, Wellness Director and is now the Administrator here at Lassen House Senior Living. Nicole enjoys working with the Geriatric population and hopes to continue for many years to come.
“I have a rambunctious and wonderful son and a wonderful and supportive family. I enjoy spending time with my son and family, being outdoors, gardening, and traveling.”

Rosanna Burrill

Community Relations Director

Born and raised in Pine City, MN, Rosanna moved to Northern California in 1977 and never looked back. She grew up working in her father’s cabinet shop and later spent nine years handling estimates, drafting, and procurement—where she developed her love of numbers, strong people skills, and ability to negotiate.

Rosanna moved with her family to Red Bluff, CA in the early 2000s, returned again in 2019, and is here to stay. She joined the community as Business Office Director and, in 2025, transitioned into her current role as Community Relations Director, where she enjoys connecting with families and supporting residents.

Rosanna loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking and baking, and quilting. She’s also an animal lover with three dogs and a rabbit.

Deloris Rich

Memory Care Director

Deloris Rich also known as Dee is the Memory Care Director and has worked at this community since August 2002. Dee began as a caregiver, followed by a med tech position, and then a position like an RCC before being promoted to Memory Care Director. She has experiencing working in both Assisted Living & Memory Care here at Lassen House. She is very flexible and always willing to help wherever it is needed. Dee is very dedicated to ensuring that our residents have the best quality of life at our community and truly enjoys being able to make a difference in the lives we serve here. She is a wife and a stepmother who loves spending time with her family, going for a hike with her dog, and trail riding with her two horses.

Nancy Martinez

Wellness Director

Meet Nancy Martinez, the heart and soul behind the nurturing care at Lassen House Senior Living. With a tenure spanning over 18 years at Lassen House, Nancy’s journey from a dedicated caregiver to our esteemed Director of Wellness is a testament to her unwavering commitment and passion for enriching the lives of our residents.

Nancy’s world revolves around her vibrant family, including her four wonderful children, with whom she cherishes movie nights, creating memories filled with laughter and love. A true animal lover at heart, she is not only a devoted dog person but also enjoys the unique charm of tending to her chickens, bringing a touch of the countryside to her family life.

Her love for coffee is matched only by her fondness for the beach, where she finds her serenity and joy. Yet, Nancy is never happier than when she is surrounded by her close-knit circle of friends, sharing moments of companionship and fun. Nancy’s approach to wellness is holistic and heartfelt, influenced by her own life’s joys and grounded in nearly two decades of professional care and compassion.

Jimmie Brawley

Dining Services Director

Jimmie has been working in dining since 2016 and has a lifetime of the Culinary Arts. He learned most of his cooking skills from his mother and grandmother but enjoys adding his flare to make his own style of cooking. Jimmie likes to focus on great quality customer experiences and always makes sure the residents have the best dining experience and enjoyment. Jimmie enjoys taking the time to speak to every single resident in the dining room making sure that food is to their satisfaction. This is something the residents have enjoyed since Jimmie has been here at Lassen House. Jimmie is happily married with his beautiful wife, has three children and several grandchildren. During his free time, he loves spending time with his family and friends and of course his dog “Blue”.

Blake Pagan

Life Enrichment Director

Blake’s unwavering dedication to creating meaningful moments for our residents perfectly aligns with our mission at Lassen House Senior Living. Join her in crafting cherished memories and enriching lives. Her devotion to family shines through as she cherishes quality moments with her two wonderful daughters. Blake’s love for music is a delightful part of her personality, and she often shares her talent for singing and karaoke with our residents. Her artistic spirit is a vibrant force, igniting creativity through various arts and crafts activities.

When she’s not enriching the lives of our residents, Blake finds tranquility by the beach, a place where she recharges and enjoys nature’s beauty. With a solid background in childcare, caregiving, and hospice care in the medical field, Blake brings invaluable expertise to our community.

At home, Blake shares her space with one cat and two loyal dogs, extending her warm and caring nature to her furry companions.

Rory Hurst

Maintenance Director

Born and raised in the charming town of Red Bluff, California, Rory brings more than 20 years of experience in the maintenance and construction trades to our team.

A lover of the great outdoors, Rory enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring the beautiful scenery in his four-wheel drive vehicles. He’s also an animal lover and shares his home with four furry companions and a beloved bird who keeps him company. When he’s not busy with work, Rory can often be found tending to his aquariums and enjoying the tranquil beauty of his fish.
