Cathe Davis

Executive Director

Working with such a dynamic staff is a rare privilege. There is not a day that goes by where Cathe doesn’t witness an act of kindness or moment of affection from a team member to a resident or to a fellow employee. It is an uplifting experience. Their level of commitment and pride in what they do is impressive and they truly make a difference.

Working for such an amazing group of residents and their families is the most rewarding part of her job, she says. Each one of them has become an extension of her family. They are why she comes to work every day. Cathe looks forward to spending time with them, to hear them laugh or see their radiant smile and is grateful for the times when she can be that arm they lean on. It gives her an incredible sense of fulfillment to know that she can make a difference.

Luana Mesker

Community Relations Director

Luana has worked at Majestic Rim since February 2021. Originally from Wyoming, she and her husband have chosen to make Payson, AZ their new home.

“I have the privilege to work with the kindest and most caring people every day. The best part of my day is seeing the residents throughout the building and just saying hi. It is amazing how something so simple can bring joy and a smile to both of us. With most of my family out of state, it has been a true blessing to join the family at Majestic Rim!”

Kerri Griffiths

Business Services Manager

Kerri joined the Majestic Rim team in September of 2024 as the Business Services Manager. She appreciates the opportunity to help keep the office running smoothly as well as the responsibility and privilege of caring for the residents. Kerri also participates in the Life Enrichment program, leading classes as a certified Yoga instructor.

Life Enrichment Director

Jeannie has worked for Majestic Rim since it opened back in June 2006. She has met and worked with a variety of amazing residents. The many great experiences she has had is what keeps her here.

“I enjoy working at Majestic Rim because it’s like working in a family atmosphere. There are so many residents that have made an impact on my life over the 10+ years I’ve been here. I lost my mother at such a young age, that working with the residents here at Majestic Rim has filled a void in my life.”

Dining Services Director

Meet Zach and enjoy seeing the smile on his face every day. Zach is very compassionate about cooking and loves to be creative in all that he prepares for the residents. He is very understanding of others and wants to show kindness and appreciation to all who live here at Majestic Rim. “Majestic Rim is like no other place I’ve ever worked. Love our residents and the gratitude they show each day. Seeing the smiles on the residents’ faces after making them a good meal is the sweet goodness to my job!”

Robert Bain

Maintenance Director

Robert began his journey at Majestic Rim as a Transportation and Maintenance Assistant, where his strong work ethic and friendly personality quickly made him a valued member of our team. His dedication and commitment to excellence led to his well-earned promotion to Maintenance Director.

Robert loves being part of the Majestic Rim family. The residents and his team are his favorite part of the job—he enjoys their smiles, their stories, and the laughter they share each day. His kindness and positive energy help make Majestic Rim feel like home for everyone.
