Katrina Day
Administrator

Katrina Day has been the Silver Creek Memory Care Director since 2022 and
became the Administrator in 2026. She started her career in healthcare over
30 years ago and has worked in a variety of positions and clinical settings. She has a true passion for helping others and is a mother of three.
Her free time is spent cheering from the bleachers at her son’s basketball
games.
Katherine Lancaster
Community Relations Director

Katherine Lancaster has been the Community Relations Director at Silver Creek since 2016. She has been in the industry since the early 2000s and began her career after being a stay-at-home mom for a decade and Athletic Director for the youth sports organization in her community.
Katherine is a mother of two adult children and a variety of fur babies. When she is not in the office or with colleagues you will find her working hard on her rural property, spending time with her family, or out adventuring with her significant other.
Josselyn Campos
Business Office Director

Josselyn Campos has been the Business Office Director at Silver Creek since 2022. Starting her career in the healthcare industry here in 2019 as a caregiver, she quickly developed a profound love and dedication for helping seniors. Her commitment to their care and well-being drives her every day.
Josselyn is a devoted wife and proud dog mom. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her with her fur baby Rocky, indulging in arts and crafts, getting lost in a good book, and embarking on camping adventures with her husband.
Jordan Weaver
Wellness Director

Jordan Weaver has been the Wellness Services Director at Silver Creek since 2022. She began her career as a nurse after graduating from nursing school in 2019, working in the critical care setting before finding her passion for seniors and senior living.
Jordan is a wife, mother, nurse, and farmer. When she’s not in the office she chases around her young kids and assists her husband around the farm.
Gladis Elizabeth Alvarado
Resident Care Coordinator

Gladis has proudly worked at Silver Creek as the Resident Care Coordinator since 2024, where she brings compassion, organization, and a deep commitment to senior living into her daily work. With over 30 years of experience, she began at Silver Creek in 2012 on the night shift as a caregiver and medication technician and grew within the same community into her current leadership role.
She loves what she does and is dedicated to supporting seniors and her team while ensuring quality care every day. In her personal time, Gladis enjoys cooking for her family, staying busy with projects, and spending time with loved ones.
Kayla Senados
Dining Services Director

Kayla Senados has experience being the Life Enrichment Director at Silver Creek in 2021 and switched to the role of Dining Service Director in 2025. She has been in the healthcare industry for almost a decade. She finds working with seniors the most rewarding career.
Kayla is the mother to three boys and spends her spare time supporting them in sports, school, and life. She loves the beach, her boys, and her dog Jax.
Carla Arriaga
Life Enrichment Director

Carla is an enthusiastic and dedicated Life Enrichment Director at Silver Creek, where she has been spreading joy and positivity since 2024.She began her rewarding journey as a caregiver, bringing her compassionate nature and commitment to excellence to every aspect of her work.
Outside of her professional life, Carla enjoys traveling, spending time with her loved ones Including her dog Buddy and embracing new experiences. She believes that everything happens for a reason and carries that mindset into both her personal and professional life.
Carla is always on the lookout for new adventures and experiences. Her vibrant personality and passion for making a difference truly set her apart.
