Jennifer Braun

Executive Director

As our Executive Director, Jennifer oversees daily operations and team to make sure The Grove is a thriving community where residents love to live. When Jennifer was in college, her childhood friend’s father was the administrator at a senior care facility and asked her to fill in when their Dining Director had to undergo cancer treatment. Over the years Jennifer has served in many roles, from Business Office Manager to Marketing Director. She’s been with The Grove since 2012 and is quick to give credit to the amazing staff for how well they care for the residents. It keeps her going and makes it a rewarding place to work.

Jennifer’s favorite places are Lake Tenkiller, the pickleball court, or anywhere she can enjoy food with friends and family.

Sabrina Wilson

Community Relations Director

As our Community Relations Director, Sabrina loves making connections with future residents and families to help them find a home for their loved one. Early in life she had a desire to help others, leading her to career in Home Health and Assisted Living. Besides her adopted family at The Grove, she has three children and eight grandchildren that light up her life.

Jenn Ann Dunagan

Marketing Coordinator

As our Marketing Coordinator, Jenn Ann is responsible for keeping all things organized in a professional manner, while bringing a little happiness to our staff and residents alike. She really enjoys helping people by making their lives easier by providing her organizational skills to enrich the lives of others. Jenn Ann offers many years of experience in office management. Her and her husband Hugh have owned their own small business since 2008 where she has managed the business office and still serves as bookkeeper.

When Jenn Ann is not at work or volunteering her time to people that need help, she is spending time with friends and family, cooking, hiking and pretty much anything outdoors. “I am super excited to now be part of the Grove team, I feel like I can do what I am passionate about here on a daily basis. My goal is to keep everything organized but also to bring light and positivity to everyone around me.”

Tye Hill

Business Office Director

ye is the Business Office Manager at The Grove, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2022. Her passion for senior care began early in life when, as a teenager, she accompanied her mother to work in a nursing home. She loved getting to know the residents and quickly discovered her calling to care for the elderly.

Tye began her career as a caregiver in Arkansas before moving back to Oklahoma, where she realized her desire to support senior living communities in a deeper way. She joined The Grove as an Activity Assistant, instantly connecting with residents and embracing the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the community.

Tye later transitioned to the Lilac Lane neighborhood, where she supported residents living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia—an especially meaningful role that allowed her to help residents connect with treasured memories and brighten their days in small but impactful ways.

With her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and deep commitment to resident wellbeing, Tye advanced into her current position as Business Office Manager, where she now oversees essential administrative operations with compassion and care.

Outside of work, Tye enjoys life with her husband and their four beautiful dogs.

Bianca Stallings

Wellness Director

Bianca Stallings brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, leadership and compassionate care to her role as Wellness Director of Nursing. Bianca has built a reputation for excellence in nursing operations, regulatory compliance and resident-centered care.
As Wellness Director, Bianca oversees all aspects of nursing services, ensuring quality standards are met while fostering a culture of dignity, safety, and holistic well -being for every resident. She is deeply committed to staff development and team collaboration, believing that empowered nurses create empowered outcomes.
Bianca is a Licensed Practical Nurse. Her leadership style is defined by integrity, innovation, and a passion for delivering care that honors the individual. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Bianca is an advocate for health education and enjoys mentoring nurses entering the field.

Bianca looks forward to making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents, families and staff.

Lawanda Davison

Wellness Coordinator

Lawanda is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) since 2020 with diverse experience in healthcare. Originally from Centennial, Colorado, she has a strong background in hospice care where her nurturing spirit flourished. Currently, she brings her expertise to assisted living, providing essential support and care to residents with want and dedication. As a fourth-generation nurse, Lawanda embodies her family’s rich legacy of service in healthcare. Her compassionate and loving approach ensures that each resident feels valued and understood, addressing not only their medical needs but also their emotional well-being. Outside of her professional life, Lawanda is happily married and a devoted mother of two active boys who participate in various sports and school activities. Now residing in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, she loves to cheer them on and support their endeavors while fostering a nurturing family environment. With her extensive expertise and heartfelt commitment, Lawanda continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those she serves.

Jesse Sparks

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Jesse Sparks is a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2016, specializing in skilled nursing and long-term care. Nursing runs in Jesse’s family, and he brings that legacy into his work every day through strong clinical skills, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Throughout his career, Jesse has built a reputation for reliability, teamwork, and providing high-quality care to residents and their families. He takes pride in creating a supportive environment where patients feel safe, respected, and well cared for. Outside of work, Jesse is a proud husband and father of two and enjoys spending time with his family.

Denisa Melkovitz

Dining Services Director

Denisa prepares our delicious & healthy menu and supervises our dining team at The Grove. She believes a positive kitchen, along with food prepared with excellence, overflows to the residents. There’s nothing quite as energizing as enjoying good food with friends, as Denisa witnessed for over a decade while running her own catering company. She eventually brought her talents to senior living because of the rewarding and uplifting nature of the job. Denisa is married and has three grown children, and she enjoys hiking and breathing in the fresh air.

Theresa Short

Life Enrichment Director

As Resident Service Director, Teresa oversees our full calendar of activities and events that bring fun and purpose to each day at The Grove. As someone who enjoys crafting, she’s always looking for ways that residents can enjoy exercising their creativity. In fact, she’s been participating in activities with seniors since high school, when she would spend time with residents that her mom cared for as a nurse.

She pursued her own nursing career by earning her CNA and CMA in 1996. Her approach to serving seniors is simple. “Listening and learning their history will give you the knowledge you need to engage them.” Married for over 30 years, Theresa has three sons.

Coby Reed

Life Enrichment assistant

Coby was born in North Carolina, a true Tar Heel at heart, and has spent her life living across the southern United States, with two adventures abroad along the way. She has dedicated her career to serving seniors since 2000, specializing in memory care and Alzheimer’s and dementia support since 2013. Deeply passionate about compassionate, person-centered care, Coby brings both experience and heart to everything she does. She has been happily married since 1995 and at home is lovingly ruled by her two spoiled feline companions

Terri McBee

Life Enrichment Assistant

Terri McBee is a proud mom to two accomplished daughters, Courtney, a legal assistant, and Chloe, a doctor. She is married to her best friend, Mike, and treasures the life they’ve built together. Terri took a brief detour away from The Grove but quickly realized her true passion lies in serving others and returned with renewed purpose. Helping people is where her heart is happiest, and it shows in everything she does.

Jarvis Damron

Maintenance Director

Jarvis is responsible for maintenance and safety at The Grove, serving with us since 2015. “My goal is to enrich lives and for me and my team to be successful.” Success for Jarvis is in utilizing his many skills in HVAC, plumbing, electricity, and of course, changing light bulbs!

Jarvis has also served as Chief Engineer in the hotel industry and knows what it takes to keep a property clean and efficient. He has two young sons.
