Corinna Long
Dining Services Director
View Bio
With over 25 years of culinary experience since beginning her career in 1998, Corinna has built a dynamic path that has taken her from the bustling kitchens of Los Angeles—where she owned and operated her own catering company in the early 2000s—to her current role bringing flavorful, heartwarming meals to our community. Her passion for cooking is matched only by her love for exploration, both in the kitchen and through travel. Over the years, Corinna has journeyed across the United States and into Mexico, immersing herself in the rich cultural and culinary traditions she now brings to her cooking.
Corinna’s appreciation for culture began early in life. As a child and into her 20s, she danced as a fancy shawl dancer in Native American pow-wows, honoring her heritage and expressing her creativity through movement and tradition. Today, she continues that creative expression through jewelry making and visual arts in her Oregon home.
At the heart of it all is her family. Corinna shares her life with her loving spouse (partner since 2005 and married in 2013), and their two incredible children. She is deeply grateful for their unwavering love and support, which continue to inspire everything she does.
