Wendy has been working with the older adult population for over ten years. Wendy says, “My goal is to treat every resident with respect, provide high-quality care and maintain their dignity. I found a passion for assisted living when I came to work at Wildwood. It has been very rewarding for me to get to know our families and form amazing relationships with our residents.”

Angelina Chasman

Community Relations Director

“The world is before you, and you need not take it or leave it as it was when you came in.” James Baldwin

Angelina lives her day-to-day life inspired by the quote by James Baldwin. Angelina does not take life for granted, and her passion and purpose for making the world better led her to the senior industry over twenty years ago. Growing up in the military service, bouncing around to wherever her father was stationed, Angelina developed a great appreciation for culture, diversity, and history.

Angelina was introduced to caregiving as a young girl when her great grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s at the age of 80. Every weekend Angelina and her family cared for her grandmother and loved her. Angelina’s first job was in the kitchen in a nursing home. She knew this was her purpose and attended Chaffey college and became certified as an Activity Director. She studied gerontology and sociology at Crafton Hills college.

Angelina says, “I am blessed with the opportunities to hear the life stories, the advice, the encouragement, and the inspiration which has molded me to who I am now. I am grateful to be here at Wildwood Canyon Villa where I can be a part of a community where like minds meet daily to love, care for, learn from and grow as a united family.”

Pricilla Mancilla

Business Services Director

Pricilla and her husband have two beautiful daughters and five handsome sons. On her days off she enjoys watching her boys play football, and her daughter in gymnastics.

Her early experience included working at Assistencia Villa and later at Plymouth Village, where she served as a lead CNA in the memory care unit.

From 1996 to 2003, Michele worked as a Neurotech Assistant in Neuro-diagnostics at both the county hospital and St. Bernadine’s. In 2009, she graduated from nursing school at 4D College and went on to work as a case manager from 2010 to 2013. She then transitioned into leadership, serving as Operations Manager for Allergy and Asthma, where she successfully managed four offices over seven years.

In 2022, Michele returned to her true calling—geriatrics—by joining the team at Wildwood Canyon. She takes great pride in her bedside manner and is deeply committed to ensuring residents feel comfortable and at home. Michele nurtures everyone with dignity, compassion, and the same level of care she would offer her own loved ones, bringing peace of mind to families.

Felipe Mendina

Dining Services Coordinator

“Currently, I have been the Dining Services Director at Wildwood Canyon Villa since 2016. I have a passion for food and creativity that has played a big role in my life. I’ve been cooking for over 15 years, and I have had the opportunity to work at great food chains and with very talented chefs.

I grew up in Orange County, C.A. I graduated from Mountain View H.S. and attended Rancho Santiago College. My first job was working at the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Ana where I included fun in my daily work ethic. That led me to a job with the City of Santa Ana Parks and Recreation, where I worked with kids at risk, by providing after school and weekend activities.

In 2005, I moved to Yucaipa where I worked cooking and managing restaurants. It has been a great career. I do what I love.

I have made it my personal goal to always extend my culinary experience to bring my creativity and my talents to the table and also to provide the best flavors and presentation to achieve an excellent meal.”
