Meredith Miller
Administrator
View Bio
Meredith Miller joined Woodland Palms as the Administrative Assistant in 2018. Her natural ability to connect with families and help them feel part of the Woodland Palms family inspired her to set a goal of becoming the next Community Relations Director—a role she proudly stepped into in mid-2020. Meredith’s dedication, leadership, and passion for serving others have continued to shine, and in 2025 she was promoted to Administrator.
She enjoys working closely with residents, families, and staff, and takes great pride in helping the community grow and thrive.
Although this was Meredith’s first professional experience in senior living, the field has always been close to her heart—her mother and sister have both worked in senior care for many years, and she has fond memories of volunteering at their communities.
At home, Meredith’s pride and joy is her daughter, Mackenzie, a firecracker who keeps her mom on her toes. In her free time, Meredith enjoys doing art projects with Mackenzie, especially drawing and painting together.

Diane joined Woodland Palms Memory Care in November 2025 as the Community Relations Director, driven by a passion for working with the elderly, particularly those with cognitive impairments. She is grateful to collaborate with a dedicated team and to contribute to such a nurturing community.
Prior to this role, she spent 14 years in hospice care as a Hospice Care Consultant/Liaison, where she developed a deep understanding of compassionate care. Her career began in media sales, gaining valuable experience in television, radio, and print.
Originally from Manhattan, New York, she moved to Tucson in 1981, drawn by the beauty of the mountains and the rich culture of the Southwest. Outside of work, she is passionate about dogs; throughout her life she has had 18 dogs and currently cherishes two companions—a Lab mix and a Maltipoo mix.

According to Kathy, joining Woodland Palms has been a real joy! She says that most of her work experience has been in an office either as a secretary or a manager and that typing has always been the fun part. She likes being with seniors because, “they know what you’re talking about and referring to, like Clark Gable and dial phones.” Her non-working time is mostly spent with her son and his family. His youngest daughter is her best buddy and little shadow. If there’s any time left over, her hobbies are reading and writing murder mysteries.
