Sunanda Bhatoya, known as “Sunny,” was born and raised in India before moving to the United States in 2009. Her journey into healthcare began when she started helping her aunt, who owned an assisted living facility in Peshtigo, WI. Sunny found great joy in spending time with the residents, and the experience inspired her to pursue a career in caregiving.

In 2009, she enrolled in a CNA program and quickly realized that this was the path she was meant to follow. She began her career as a CNA and later transitioned into the role of Wellness Director with Compass Senior Living, where she worked for eight years. Currently, Sunny is in her second year of nursing school, working toward her bachelor’s in nursing.

Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Sunny is a devoted Green Bay Packers fan. She enjoys attending games with her husband when the Packers are in town. She is also a proud mother of two young daughters, who bring immense joy to her life.
