Callahan Court Memory Care is located in beautiful Roseburg, in the Umpqua Valley in southern Oregon, along Interstate 5, seventy-two miles south of Eugene. We also serve the surrounding cities: Cottage Grove, Grants Pass, Medford, Myrtle Point, Coos Bay/North Bend, and Azalea. Holistic Person-Centered Care assessments in partnership with family and care providers are designed to empower residents, improve quality of life, enhance dignity, honor choice, support independence, and promote positive well-being. Whether a person is just starting to experience memory challenges or has been living with Alzheimer’s or dementia for quite some time, you can rest assured knowing that our experienced and professional team members are providing the care they need, day and night.
Care Partners provide care and support 24 hours a day in a warm setting designed for the unique needs of adults with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other forms of memory loss.
