Jessica DeLeon has been the Administrator at Silver Creek since 2021. She began her career in the healthcare industry after medical assisting school in 2011 and held a variety of positions prior to accepting the Director position at Silver Creek.

Jessica is the mother of a teenage son and a mini dachshund Bowser who has been named the community mascot by many residents. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family including playing softball on a league in Salem.

Katrina Day has been the Silver Creek Memory Care Director since 2022. She started her career in healthcare over 30 years ago and has worked in a variety of positions and clinical settings. She has a true passion for helping others and is a mother of three.

Her free time is spent cheering from the bleachers at her son’s basketball games.

Katherine Lancaster has been the Community Relations Director at Silver Creek since 2016. She has been in the industry since the early 2000s and began her career after being a stay-at-home mom for a decade and Athletic Director for the youth sports organization in her community.

Katherine is a mother of two adult children and a variety of fur babies. When she is not in the office or with colleagues you will find her working hard on her rural property, spending time with her family, or out adventuring with her significant other.
