Connie Meza’s background is truly impressive and shows a deep dedication to serving others in many different capacities. Her shift into the Memory Care Director role after years of experience is a natural progression, especially given her wealth of experience in both senior care and advocacy. Her work with the YWCA as an advocate for victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse highlights her compassion and ability to support people during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Her experience as a foster parent also speaks to her nurturing side, further enhancing her qualifications.
Running her own childcare business adds another layer to her skill set—managing a business, interacting with children and families, and creating a safe, structured environment.
