Our small-home floor plan, with two-bedroom hallways and an open flow from the living room to dining and sunroom, makes navigation easier and supports a calm, familiar environment. Call-light systems and a high staff-to-resident ratio ensure prompt, compassionate care 24/7.

Residents enjoy three hot, nutritious meals daily, snacks, and an alternative menu to accommodate preferences, served in our welcoming bistro. Daily life enrichment activities focus on verbal cuing, simplified routines, and personalized programs through our Life Story approach, honoring each resident’s interests, hobbies, and accomplishments.

Comfort and convenience are built in with all utilities included, Wi-Fi and cable, housekeeping, laundry services, and full maintenance. Additional amenities include a library, activity areas for games and social engagement, private courtyard, and an on-site beauty/barber shop. Plus pet-friendly accommodations to further support well-being and connection for residents and families.

My mother, originally from Panama City, FL, moved to St Louis with my sister, my brother-in-law, nieces, and nephews after her home was severely damaged during Hurricane Michael. Within weeks of the storm my mom showed major symptoms of PTSD, followed by a stroke, and then dementia. My sister's 3 story house became unsafe for my mom. She needed 24/7 care. My sister and brother-in-law found Reflections at Garden Place. We are all very pleased with the care my mom receives there. Circle of Friends™ is built on the fundamental human needs for connection, love, belonging, and purpose. In these gatherings, residents and care team members come together with a shared intention, guided by a facilitator.

Activities may include conversation, creative expression, cognitive exercises, music, goal setting, or community engagement—anything that fosters connection and engagement. At our core, we are social beings, and meaningful conversation is one of the most powerful ways to connect. Circle of Friends™ helps residents rediscover these connections, nurture relationships, and support overall well-being, especially as friends and loved ones may no longer be nearby.

The Compass Café offers an enhanced dining experience that complements our daily menu. Meals are thoughtfully designed to meet residents’ nutritional needs while providing variety and honoring personal preferences.

Menus are refreshed every 4–6 months to feature seasonal ingredients and community favorites, and special options are included for residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia. The Compass Café blends tradition with innovation—bringing comfort, choice, and flavor to every meal.
