Kathy joined The Iris Senior Living in 2020 as a member of the leadership team. Prior to that she was the Senior Store Manager for General Nutrition Centers (GNC) for all of the store fronts in Montana for over 10 years. She had tremendous success in growing relationships with customers and team members. Kathy’s experience leading others, inspiring and empowering teams, managing staffing, working with budgets, and providing extraordinary customer care has prepared her well for her role as Executive Director at The Iris Senior Living. Kathy says, “I’ve fallen in love with this work, and I bring that passion to our everyday operations leading us forward in a compassionate and caring direction.”
Kathy is a warm, levelheaded, integral leader, who thrives in an accountability led culture. She has been warmly welcomed by the residents, families, team members, and the Great Falls Community. She is truly a True North Leader.
Kathy is the proud mother of two daughters who are attending college. One majoring in Psychology at MSU Bozeman, and the other studying engineering at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. When not working, Kathy loves socializing with her friends, and she also enjoys cooking and spending time in the beautiful outdoors.
Todd has had a successful lifetime career in sales and marketing in many different environments. His favorite part of his work is connecting with others and building trusting relationships.
In 2018, Todd began working at The Iris Senior Living. He was delighted and grateful for the opportunity to connect with amazing and interesting older adults and their families. Todd says, “I absolutely fell in love with the residents, their families, and our team members! The warm, genuine relationships, and the goodness of all who live and work here has been heartwarming and uplifting.” For Todd, this is more than a job. It is a calling.
When not working, Todd spends time in the beautiful Montana outdoors, fishing, hunting, and hiking. Todd has 2 adult sons who love coming to Montana to adventure with their dad.
Cheryl has worked here since 2018 as a Lead Housekeeper, Driver, and Front Desk Receptionist. Her favorite part of the job in any role is helping residents, visitors, and staff to solve problems. Broken items, tech issues, and organizational tasks tend to find their way to her desk. She and her husband divide their time between Great Falls and Cascade Montana, where they manage a hobby farm with horses, goats, and poultry.
Jan has worked in this building since 2000. She was the Dietary Services Director for 14 years and is now the Business Services Director. Jan was born in Great Falls and lived in Billing, Montana where she was a kitchen manager and general manager of night club for 10 years. Jan has one son and will tell you that all the residents are part of her family as well. “They mean the world to me and give me much happiness as well as lots of stories to tell.”
Melissa came to The Iris in 2018, and she says, “I absolutely love working with everyone here, employees and residents alike.” Melissa’s favorite part of her job is being able to make residents laugh and help them feel safe, happy, and comfortable.
When not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with her four kids and her grandson. She also loves being on the family ranch hunting fishing and chasing cows.
Allison is originally from the Midwest then moved to Montana and began working at the Iris Senior Living in 2017. For Allison, this community with our residents and team members has become a home and family. She couldn’t imagine a better place to be. During her free time, Allison enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, doing art projects, and reading.
Tyler has been with the company since 2019 and loves every day that he gets to be here with the residents. Tyler has been building commercial and residential buildings since 2006 which helps guide him in maintaining the building. During his free time, Tyler loves the outdoors and spending as much time as he can hunting, fishing or hiking.
