Kathy is a dedicated healthcare professional with experience dating back to 1984, including a nursing degree. She is passionate about senior care for both residents and staff, with a commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors and supporting her team. Kathy is a proud mother of three, including twins. When not at work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, taking long road trips, and dancing to a variety of music.

Jackie brings extensive experience in senior living to Hawks Ridge Assisted Living, beginning her career in this field in 2009. She has a strong passion for serving families and feels honored to support them through their journey of finding care for loved ones. With her understanding and insight, Jackie helps put families at ease when it's time to make important care decisions. Known for her warm and bubbly personality, she enjoys the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, you’ll often find her hiking, paddle boarding, swimming in local rivers, or taking cruises to explore the world. Rachel Lahti is a dedicated senior living professional who has been working in the industry since 2014. She has held a variety of roles including Concierge, Activities Director, Marketing Director, and Regional Director of Sales. Her passion for working with seniors stems from her genuine desire to bring joy and comfort to those in vulnerable stages of life, a mission that brings her personal fulfillment. Outside of work, Rachel loves fishing, spending time in nature, and cherishing moments with her family. Her warm-hearted approach and commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors make her a valued leader and advocate in her field.
