Wildflower Lodge is located in La Grande in Eastern Oregon, 290 miles from Bend, surrounded by mountains within the Grande Ronde Valley. The Blue Mountains, Elkhorn Mountains, Eagle Cap Wilderness, and Grande Ronde River offer abundant natural resources and wildlife. La Grande offers a unique blend of country-casual and urban culture, thanks in part to the presence of Eastern Oregon University. The Oregon Trail Interpretive Park at Blue Mountain Crossing, the Union County Museum, the Eastern Oregon Fire Museum, the Elgin Opera House, and the Elgin Museum & Historical Society highlight the area’s fascinating history. The surrounding mountains provide outstanding recreational fun. No matter where you’ve lived before, we’d be honored to have you call Wildflower Lodge home.
Wildflower Lodge meets the needs of those needing assistance with the activities of daily living and provides special services for those living with memory loss.
Holistic Person-Centered Care assessments in partnership with family and care providers are designed to empower residents, improve quality of life, enhance dignity, honor choice, support independence, and promote positive well-being. Whether a person is just starting to experience memory challenges or has been living with Alzheimer’s or dementia for quite some time, you can rest assured knowing that our experienced and professional team members are providing the care they need, day and night.
Care Partners provide care and support 24 hours a day in a warm setting designed for the unique needs of adults with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other forms of memory loss.
