Pam has been a licensed administrator since 2010. Pam set out to start her career in healthcare in 2000 where she worked at a local skilled nursing facility and hospital, but soon found assisted living was her calling. When Pam is not in the office, she enjoys working on her property, camping, riding her motorcycle, or anything on the adventurous side.

Shauna Setterlund
Business Office Manager

Shauna started her career in the health care industry in 1999 when she became a CNA. She then moved on to become an EMT and firefighter in 2001. She later found a calling at a skilled nursing facility in 2011. In her free time, Shauna enjoys working on her property, fishing, golfing, and enjoying the water and sunshine.

Laura Kiepert
Wellness Director

Laura Kiepert has been at Morrow Heights since October 2019 as the Wellness Director. In 2008, she started her career as a caregiver and medication technician in Central Oregon and obtained her nursing degree in 2015 with an additional Gerontological Nursing certification in 2023. She started her nursing in the dialysis segment and soon learned that the desire to assist the geriatric population was where her heart is.
Laura is a wife, mother of two girls, and a nurse. When she isn’t at the office, she can either be found at the beach or participating in classic car shows. She also has the love of three fur babies (Labradors) at home waiting to play ball with them every day.

Dori Sherard
Resident Card Coordinator

Dori started her healthcare career here at Morrow Heights as a Caregiver in 2019. Dori has also worked as a Med Tech and is currently our Resident Care Coordinator. As our Resident Care Coordinator, Dori oversees and ensures that every detail of resident care that is needed is provided by our team members. Dori feels that her love of people helps her accomplish so much in many ways and brightens another day. She has many creative hobbies that she enjoys sharing with the residents, such as reading, art, crocheting, knitting, and gardening. Dori aspires to help with the growth and success of Morrow Heights with the familiar feelings that are within our walls.

Cody Pruett
Dining Services Director

Cody started his journey here at Morrow Heights as a Dietary Aide in August 2020. Through dedication and hard work, Cody earned the position as a Cook and eventually earned the role of the Dining Services Director. As a Dining Services Director, he is responsible for cooking meals for our residents, designing weekly menus, ordering food and supplies, and overseeing the operational flow of the kitchen. All of these aspects are a focus to provide the best dining experience for our residents. When Cody is away from the office, he enjoys woodworking, computers, and tabletop games. Cody feels that those hobbies allow him to channel his creativity and problem-solving skills in different ways.
Cody was born and raised in Lakeport, California as he resided there most of his life. In 2018, Cody moved to Rogue River. He feels that his experience in Lakeport as well as Rogue River have shaped who he is today. Cody is proud of his path that he has taken for building his career and personal growth.

Robin Blank
Life Enrichment Director

Robin Blank has been the Life Enrichment Director at Morrow Heights since 2019. She has been working in a healthcare setting for just about her entire career.
She loves people and working in activities, there’s never a dull moment. As in work, so is her home life, always involved in projects and family. When possible, she enjoys relaxing at the beach.

Darren Pine
Maintenance Director

Darren Pine has been the Morrow Heights Maintenance Director since 2019. He shifted from installing floors, to wanting to provide for our seniors and has been in healthcare maintenance since 2013. He enjoys bringing smiles to the residents he helps daily. On the weekends, he enjoys working on his property, spending time with his family, and shopping at the local antique stores.
