Pam Reed has been a licensed administrator since 2010. Pam set out to start her career in healthcare in 2000 where she worked at a local skilled nursing facility and hospital, but soon found assisted living was her calling. When Pam is not in the office, she enjoys working on her property, camping, riding her motorcycle, or anything on the adventurous side.

Amber Miller
Business Office Manager

Amber Miller was born in Bakersfield, California and moved to Grants Pass, Oregon in 1990 as a young child with her family. Amber began her career in healthcare in 2013 after having two sons and wanting to return to work. Her past training in insurance and accounting is a great advantage for the position of Business Office Manager at Morrow Heights. Amber’s smile and laugh can be contagious, and most days you will find her in the sun with her book.
Laura Kiepert
Wellness Director

Laura Kiepert has been at Morrow Heights since October 2019 as the Wellness Director. In 2008, she started her career as a caregiver and medication technician in Central Oregon and obtained her nursing degree in 2015 with an additional Gerontological Nursing certification in 2023. She started her nursing in the dialysis segment and soon learned that the desire to assist the geriatric population was where her heart is.
Laura is a wife, mother of two girls, and a nurse. When she isn’t at the office, she can either be found at the beach or participating in classic car shows. She also has the love of three fur babies (Labradors) at home waiting to play ball with them every day.
Jamie Pruett
Resident Care Coordinator

Jaime Pruett has been at Morrow Heights since 2018, and has worked as a Care Partner, Med Tech, Concierge, and has been our Resident Care Coordinator since 2023. Jaime started her healthcare journey in 1998 when she became CNA and worked for 25 years in skilled nursing before moving to Oregon from California.
When Jaime is away from the office, she likes to adventure with her family and cook! Jaime is known in our community for making some of the best dishes on and off the grill. Jaime is also a mother of four and a dedicated wife.
Karen Zajcew
Dining Services Director

Karen Zajcew, CDM CFPP has worked at Morrow Heights since 2021. Karen is from Des Moines, Iowa and started her career in the culinary field in 1977. Karen obtained her culinary education from the University of Minnesota. Karen has worked in a variety of backgrounds, higher education (Drake University), corporate dining, and healthcare.
Karen has a passion for cooking, learning, and teaching life skills to others. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with family as much as possible.
Robin Blank
Life Enrichment Director

Robin Blank has been the Life Enrichment Director at Morrow Heights since 2019. She has been working in a healthcare setting for just about her entire career.
She loves people and working in activities, there’s never a dull moment. As in work, so is her home life, always involved in projects and family. When possible, she enjoys relaxing at the beach.
Darren Pine
Maintenance Director

Darren Pine has been the Morrow Heights Maintenance Director since 2019. He shifted from installing floors, to wanting to provide for our seniors and has been in healthcare maintenance since 2013. He enjoys bringing smiles to the residents he helps daily. On the weekends, he enjoys working on his property, spending time with his family, and shopping at the local antique stores.
