Marcy Ellison, Business Office Coordinator

Marcy Ellison, Business Office Coordinator

Marcy Ellison comes to Maple Ridge from a long career in the health and food service industry. From high end restaurants to working with preschoolers, she brings a wide array of experiences and a passion for serving others. Throughout the years, Marcy has always seemed to gather around her a community of seniors. Marcy’s parents were older, and she took an active role in their senior lives; traveling in their retirement, transitional living, and end of life care. To this day, Marcy counts many seniors among her dearest friends and mentors.

Born and raised in Medford – with a 20-year California hiatus – Marcy and her husband now raise two busy daughters. Together they love all kinds of music, the theater, exploring the Pacific Ocean, and hosting lots of fun family gatherings!

Josh Johnson

Brittany Byrd, Assistant Executive Director

Brittany has been serving seniors in Oregon since 2011 and truly believes this is her calling. She has grown up watching her mother taking care of others in a facility environment. Remembering the residents pinching her cheeks in the halls and the joys of joining residents for Christmas, Easter and other family events. It was no surprise that her first and well-loved job was as a caregiver. Brittany finds true happiness in taking care of others, including her family at work and her husband and daughter at home. You can also catch Brittany enjoying the wonders of Oregon, hiking, kayaking or reading a good book in the sunshine. She now enjoys the privilege to bring her own family to events.
