Emily joined our team in 2020, spending three years as our Community Relations Director before transitioning to our communities Administrator in the fall of 2023. She has been a fixture and familiar face to our residents and families with her strong interpersonal skills, desire to understand our residents needs and a big smile that is hard to miss.

Like many of our Residents, Emily relocated to Southern Oregon. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she moved to the Rogue Valley in 2017 after accepting a previous career opportunity. Since then, she has established roots in Southern Oregon, including welcoming her daughter Gwendolyn in the spring of 2023. She enjoys our warmer climate and beautiful views.

When Emily is not at work, you’ll catch her watching football (she is a huge Buffalo Bills fan), relaxing with friends and family, or playing with her boisterous cat Barrett.

Meet Nichole Davis, our Community Relations Director. A Southern Oregon native, Nichole finds joy in exploring the great outdoors and cherishing moments with loved ones. Her deep-rooted connection to senior living stems from her cherished relationship with her grandparents, inspiring her dedication to fostering meaningful connections and creating a vibrant community where everyone feels valued. With Nichole as our CRD, Maple Ridge Senior Living is more than just a residence; it's a nurturing environment where warmth and enriching experiences abound.

Born and raised in Gilchrist, Oregon, Marsha comes to Maple Ridge with a 20-year Office Management background. Excited to be back in Southern Oregon after enduring loss in the Alameda fire, she has found positive joy again becoming part of the Maple Ridge family. Nothing puts a smile on her face faster than seeing the happiness the Residents experience living in such a positive environment with a caring and compassionate team.

Mother of 3 boys, Arik, Bryan and Tyler, and grandmother to 6, Marsha spends her time away from work reading, cooking, taking nature walks, listening to her favorite band The Foo Fighters and enjoying her family. “Being at Maple Ridge is a wonderful opportunity for me – I am grateful and thankful every day to be here. I am so excited to be part of a team that is so focused on the Residents, their comfort, care and happiness”.

Isabel, who we affectionately call Izzy, joined the team at Maple Ridge in the Spring of 2023. Originally from Puerto Rico, she lived in Jacksonville, Florida for 20 years prior to moving to Southern Oregon to be closer to family.

Izzy brings to Maple Ridge over 20 years of experience in senior living at all positions including serving as an Administrator in a Memory Care community. Izzy is married with two adult sons and a fur baby addition, Benny, a Yorkie.

On her free time, she enjoys going to the lake, river, beach, including spending time with friends and family.

From her roots in Virginia, Becca Powell has dedicated herself to a lifelong journey of compassionate care. Since embarking on her nursing career in 2000, Becca has traversed the country working in 11 states and accumulating 21 years of invaluable hospital experience with a critical care background. At Maple Ridge, Becca's expertise and warmth enrich the lives of residents, embodying the values of compassion, dedication, and excellence.

Beyond her professional duties, Becca finds joy in exploring the outdoors, nurturing her love for animals, indulging in reading, and enjoying music. Celebrating two decades of marriage, Becca's commitment to fostering meaningful relationships extends seamlessly into her role at Maple Ridge Senior Living, where she continues to make a difference in the lives of our seniors.

Melissa joined the team at Maple Ridge in the spring of 2022 as a Chef in our Dining Services department. Originally from Long Beach, California, she moved to Southern Oregon in 1980.

Melissa has been in health care kitchen services since 2000, including past experience as a Director in one of our sister communities in the Rogue Valley. It is this experience that led to Melissa being promoted to the Dining Services Director in November of 2022.

She is the mother of three adult children, with two sons and one daughter. She also has the privilege of being the grandma to six. Outside of work she is a golf enthusiast, enjoys time outdoors , cheering on the Las Vegas Raiders, and most importantly spending time with family.
