Esmeralda has worked in the health care industry since 2005. She was the Office Manager/Accountant for Accent Care Home Health for 8 years. After volunteering at a senior living while going to college she decided that she wanted to work in the senior living industry. Esmeralda loved the interaction with the residents and the atmosphere just felt right. On May of 2013 she became the Business Office Director, and two years later she was promoted to Administrator and has been at Lassen House ever since.
Esmeralda says, “I take pride and satisfaction working in an industry that takes care of seniors that can no longer take care of themselves. I care for the wellbeing of our residents, employees and community. I believe in treating everyone with respect and kindness. My leadership style is to always lead by example and to make sure that my residents are always cared for. I always trust, support and encourage my team to work hard and have fun.”
Esmeralda has a wonderful boyfriend that supports her in everything she does; and two wonderful smart sons that mean the world to her. She enjoys traveling with her family, going to church, running, hiking and spending time with her boys.
Deloris Rich also known as Dee is currently the Clare Bridge Program Coordinator and has worked at this community for over 18 years as of August 2020. Dee began as a caregiver, followed by a med tech position, and then a position like an RCC before being promoted to Clare Bridge Programs. She has also worked on both Assisted Living & Memory Care on all 3 shifts here. She is very flexible and always willing to help wherever it is needed. Dee is very dedicated to ensuring that our residents have the best quality of life at our community and truly enjoys being able to make a difference in the lives we serve here. She is a wife and a stepmother who loves spending time with her family, going for a hike with her dog, and trail riding with her two horses.
Prior to working with our elders, Angela cared for her grandmother with dementia. She found a passionate and caring part of herself that she didn’t know existed and wanted to share it with others. She wanted to do more to make sure they have the best experiences. "They are our grandfathers, fathers, uncles, and brothers who need our assistance and deserve the best part of us." Angela feels deeply about doing all she can to be sure our team members feel needed, appreciated and beyond.
She has been in the Human Resource field for over 20 years and is a lifelong learner, completing her MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management in March 2021. She has three children ages 27, 22, and 12 as well as a wonderful boyfriend. They enjoy fishing and hitting the trails in their jeep.
Patricia has worked in Senior Living for 16 years. She started as a dining manager then worked her way to community relations for 10 years. She loves what she does. There is nothing better than helping seniors. During her free time enjoys fishing, yardwork and spending time with her three grown children and six grandchildren.
Sue has always had a passion for the elderly and a desire to bring health and happiness to their lives. Growing up she volunteered visiting shut ins and volunteered at the hospital. She started working in the health care field after high school as a nursing assistant caring for the elderly while pursuing her nursing degree. After obtaining her LVN, Sue continued to work in geriatrics and brings over 20 years of experience to Lassen House. Sue enjoys her family, and her role as a wife and mother. Sue enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family.
Katherine began in June 2017 as a dishwasher and worked her way up to dining service coordinator as of March 2020. Katherine really loves working in the kitchen and putting smiles on the residents faces with the foods that they enjoy. She lives in Red Bluff with her husband, bassett hound and 2 cats. During her free time, she loves to hike, camp, garden and cook all her fresh veggies.
Jonathan holds a business degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. His focus was in business operations, international markets and economics. He also has over 15 years of experience in facility maintenance management and operations and has lead teams in New York and Pittsburg. Jonathan has a passion for technology, sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
