Sue has always had a passion for the elderly and a desire to bring health and happiness to their lives. Growing up she volunteered visiting shut ins and volunteered at the hospital. She started working in the health care field after high school as a nursing assistant caring for the elderly while pursuing her nursing degree. After obtaining her LVN, Sue continued to work in geriatrics and brings over 20 years of experience to Lassen House Senior Living.
Sue enjoys her family, and her role as a wife and mother. Sue enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family.
Deloris Rich also known as Dee is currently the Clare Bridge Program Coordinator and has worked at this community for over 18 years as of August 2020. Dee began as a caregiver, followed by a med tech position, and then a position like an RCC before being promoted to Clare Bridge Programs. She has also worked on both Assisted Living & Memory Care on all 3 shifts here. She is very flexible and always willing to help wherever it is needed. Dee is very dedicated to ensuring that our residents have the best quality of life at our community and truly enjoys being able to make a difference in the lives we serve here. She is a wife and a stepmother who loves spending time with her family, going for a hike with her dog, and trail riding with her two horses.
Patricia has worked in Senior Living for 16 years. She started as a dining manager then worked her way to community relations for 10 years. She loves what she does. There is nothing better than helping seniors. During her free time enjoys fishing, yardwork and spending time with her three grown children and six grandchildren.
Samantha started out as a volunteer activity assistant for skilled nursing in 2013 where she fell in love with helping others. She found it truly rewarding to spend time with the residents. Making them smile and helping them through daily life situations became a passion of hers. Samantha eventually got hired on as a full-time employee and was promoted to activities director until 2018. She took a short break and moved to Red Bluff in 2018. Samantha began as a receptionist at Lassen House and worked her way up to Business Office Director.
"I love the family-oriented feeling I get here. I like to motivate our team and encourage them by showing appreciation. Keeping a smile on everyone’s face is important. My husband is a cook here at Lassen house. On our free time we love to spend time with our children. Going for walks, traveling, fishing and exploring. Family is important and to us, the staff and residents are a big part of that. It is important to be kind and spread joy."
For as long as Nicole can remember she has had a passion for helping people and a desire to be a nurse. Nicole has worked in the field of Geriatrics for over 10 years. She started as a nurse assistant while working her way to becoming an LVN. She most recently worked as a Home Health nurse and is now looking forward to working as a nurse in Assisted Living. Nicole enjoys working with the Geriatric population and hopes to continue for many years to come.
"I have a rambunctious and wonderful son and a wonderful and supportive family. I enjoy spending time with my son and family, being outdoors, gardening, and traveling."
Catherine is our Life Enrichment Director here at Lassen House Senior Living. Catherine’s parents owned a care home in Monterey, California. At a young age she was raised to always have love and compassion for the elderly. This is where she found her calling. She has worked in Memory Care and Assisted Living Communities for many years. Catherine is full of energy and laughter. She always makes sure to come up with great activities and ideas because she loves to see the residents have fun, staying active and being happy. She considers us as one big happy family here at Lassen House. She has two beautiful daughters and during her free time she enjoys shopping, spending time with her family and trying different kinds of foods from all over the world.

Katherine began in June 2017 as a dishwasher and worked her way up to dining service coordinator as of March 2020. Katherine really loves working in the kitchen and putting smiles on the residents faces with the foods that they enjoy. She lives in Red Bluff with her husband, bassett hound and 2 cats. During her free time, she loves to hike, camp, garden and cook all her fresh veggies.
Jonathan holds a business degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. His focus was in business operations, international markets and economics. He also has over 15 years of experience in facility maintenance management and operations and has lead teams in New York and Pittsburg. Jonathan has a passion for technology, sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
