Kelly Deutscher, LPN, Administrator

Kelly Deutscher, LPN, began her nursing career in 1981. She has had many experiences in the nursing field from long term care to work in trauma units, clinics and hospitals. Throughout all of these experiences, Kelly realized that she loves taking care of people. She has been actively involved in the Alzheimer’s Association and is certified as a Dementia Care Specialist. Kelly began her position with HeatherWood in May of 2016, and is thrilled to continue her passion for serving older adults and developing relationships in Eau Claire and surrounding communities. At the end of each day, Kelly loves to know she has made a difference.

Melissa Warwick

Melissa Warwick, RTR, Wellness Director

Melissa joined our team as the Wellness Director in December 2016. Melissa attended Madison Area Technodal College in Madison, Wisconsin and earned an Associate of Occupational Science degree. Melissa formerly worked in a clinical setting, caring for patients of all ages and realized that helping elder adults gave her the most joy. She is very excited to have this opportunity to make a difference here at HeatherWood. On a day-to-day basis you will find Melissa throughout the community making sure residents are experiencing life to its fullest! She enjoys camping and boating with her family and friends throughout the summer. During football season you will hear her cheering on the Green Bay Packers! 


Gina H., Community Relations Director

Gina joined HeatherWood in June of 2017. Her background is in advertising, marketing, and public relations. Her passion is to help others and make a difference in the lives of others. Her close relationship with her grandparents and growing up serving those in the church has placed a love for seniors in her heart. Her goal is to be a blessing to the residents at HeatherWood and out in the community. Gina enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, volunteering, and taking pictures. 

Jenny Hall, Dining Services Director

Jenny Hall, Dining Services Director

Jenny joined the HeatherWood team in August 2016. She studied at CVTC in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Jenny is a Certified Food Production Manager, accredited by the American National Standards Institute. She also holds her certificate of completion with the American Red Cross. Jenny enjoys pleasing and serving the residents at HeatherWood with tasty homemade and healthy meals, desserts, snacks, and a full salad bar featuring fresh produce from our very own garden. She enjoys planning her menus specifically for the tastes of all the residents. Jenny plans menus according to the seasons and tailors them to themes for special events. She loves building relationships with the residents and their families and making sure they are exceptionally pleased with their dining experience. 

Jenny lives in Fall Creek, Wisconsin with her fiancee, Tim, and their two boys, Dylon and Devon. When not working, she enjoys interior decorating, antiquing, gardening/landscaping, sporting events, camping, cleaning, cooking, entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. 

Alicia Saddoris

Alicia Saddoris, Life Enrichment Director

Growing up, Alicia Saddoris worked for her father in his physical therapy clinic.  It was during this decade the power of positive belief and attitude was forever ingrained in her.  She believes that this was the best life and job training she could have asked for.  In the years since, she has helped others to become happier, healthier and better versions of themselves as a certified personal trainer, body builder, yogi, artist, fit foodie and motivational speaker. She believes no matter where you are in life, growth and learning are not only possible but essential.  Alicia has worked with a wide spectrum of people- young children to seniors- but elders have always had a very special place in her heart.  She is delighted for the opportunity to be of service and share her passions and talents with the residents at Heatherwood.

Noel Larson, Maintenance Director at HeatherWood Assisted Living & Memory Care

Noel Larson, Maintenance Director

Noel Larson, Maintenance Director, has been HeatherWood’s own “Mr. Fixit” since 2014. Formerly a Technology Education instructor, he has taught woodworking, metalworking, electronics, small engines, auto mechanics, building trades, and more—all of which have helped him earn that title of Mr. Fixit! When not fixing things or troubleshooting problems, Noel enjoys traveling with his wife to different countries, biking, and visiting friends over a cup of coffee. The best part of his days are making our residents happy and works for smiles, hugs, and high fives.
