Angela joined the HeatherWood team in May 2024 as the Wellness Director and is now the Administrator. She studied at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Nursing at Chamberlain University. Angela leads our nursing team and enjoys collaborating with HeatherWood’s dynamic healthcare professionals, who strive for excellence in providing holistic care to each resident throughout their lifespan.
Throughout her career, Angela has held various roles and is excited to bring her diverse talents to HeatherWood. She is a respected healthcare professional in the community and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Her genuine passion for impacting people's lives drives her commitment to delivering exceptional care. Known for her utmost respect and empathy, Angela looks forward to building relationships with the HeatherWood residents and their families.
On a personal level, Angela married Kevin, the love of her life, in February 1987. Together, they raised three sons: Adam, Jacob, and Mikel, who are the couple’s pride and joy. They were blessed with a wonderful daughter-in-law, Katoria, and two beautiful granddaughters. Angela enjoys tropical travel, dirt track racing, music, gardening, but most of all, cherishes spending time with her family.

Jenny became a valued member of the HeatherWood team in August 2016, starting her journey with us as the Dining Service Director. With a solid educational foundation from CVTC in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, she has cultivated a deep expertise in Business Management. Her credentials include certification as a Food Production Manager, accredited by the American National Standards Institute, and a certificate of completion from the American Red Cross. These qualifications, coupled with her relentless drive, have consistently elevated the quality of our dining services.
Jenny’s career at HeatherWood has been marked by her unwavering commitment to enhancing the well-being of our residents. Her passion for ensuring that every resident enjoys life to its fullest has been the cornerstone of her work. This dedication naturally led her to take on the role of Community Relations Director, where she continues to shine. Jenny’s ability to connect with people, whether it’s building strong relationships with residents and their families or engaging with the local community, has made her an indispensable asset to our team.
Jenny’s role extends far beyond her professional responsibilities. She is a true people person, thriving on the energy that comes from meeting new individuals and making lasting connections. Her enthusiasm for her work is contagious, and she approaches each day with a positive outlook and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of those around her.
On a personal note, Jenny lives in Fall Creek, Wisconsin, with her husband and their two boys, where she embraces a life full of warmth and creativity. Outside of work, she channels her love for hospitality into entertaining and cooking, creating memorable experiences for family and friends. Her keen eye for interior decorating and passion for gardening and landscaping reflect her artistic side, while her love for camping allows her to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors. Above all, Jenny treasures the time spent with her loved ones, nurturing relationships that are as strong and vibrant as the community she serves.
Zachary Schultz

Zachary joined the HeatherWood team in July 2024 as the Dining Service Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry since starting his career in the early 2000s. He has a strong foundation in Culinary Arts, having studied at Hennepin Technical College in Eden Prairie. Additionally, Zachary pursued Criminal Justice studies at Globe University, showcasing his diverse academic background.
With a deep passion for the culinary arts, Zachary takes great pride in knowing that the food he creates and serves brings joy to others. His dedication to his craft is matched only by his commitment to his family. Zachary is a proud father of three—Jayden, Amika, and Aria—and considers family to be his greatest priority.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Zachary embraces the values of service, integrity, and gratitude. He enjoys spending time outdoors, sharing meals with family and friends, and is profoundly thankful for the blessings in his life.
Colleen "Susie" Cyr

Susie joined HeatherWood as a volunteer for about a year and a half while her mother was a resident. In April 2024, she officially became part of the team as a Dining Services Aide and quickly became a beloved member of the community. In June 2024, Susie stepped into the role of Interim Life Enrichment Director, where her energy, enthusiasm, and positive spirit brought joy to residents and staff alike. Susie enjoys working with seniors and creating engaging activities such as music, art, crafts, exercise, and cooking. She values input from residents and their families to keep activities fresh and meaningful. With experience in sign language, special education, daycare, and business management, Susie brings a diverse skill set to her role. Susie lives in Chippewa Falls with her dog, Trudy. She has a son nearby and a daughter with a grandson in Washington. In her free time, she enjoys painting, music, sewing, wood burning, and spending time with family and nature.
Rick Estrada
Maintenance Director

Rick joined the HeatherWood family in February 2020. Rick attended CVTC and earned an Associate Degree in Computer Science. He worked for AT&T as a Digital Electronics Specialist and retired in 2013 with 33 years of service.
He lives in Chippewa Falls with his wife and daughters. He enjoys spending time with his Teacup Yorkie, Sammy. He also enjoys concerts, nature, his grandchildren, good food and a hot cup of coffee.
Rick enjoys the daily interaction with the residents at HeatherWood and looks forward to helping them with their daily needs.
